Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a Tunbridge Wells man reported missing after checking out of a Black Country hotel.Engineer Martin Cadman, 33, was last seen on Tuesday (June 28) at around 5.50am when he left the Travelodge Hotel in Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury, where he was staying for work.
