Trains between Sevenoaks and Tonbridge are expected to be delayed until around 12pm due to signalling problems.
National Rail workers have arrived at the Sevenoaks tunnel to fix the signalling problems but rail company Southeastern has warned passengers its trains will not run on the line until around midday.
Trains from Hastings will terminate at Tonbridge, where customers are being advised to change for trains to Victoria.
