The largest private employer in Tunbridge Wells has announced it will stop investing in the tobacco industry.
Axa, which has PPP Healthcare offices in Crescent Road, Vale Road and Forest Road, will also sell investments worth more than €1.7 billion (£1.3 billion).
The major health insurer, which is the largest in the world, said investing in the sector made no sense as smoking kills around six million people a year.
