The A21 has reopened in both directions.Kent Police was called just before 4.30am to reports a woman had been found lying beside an overhead footbridge, in the central reservation of the A21. The woman was treated at the scene by paramedics but pronounced dead at around 5.30 am. The death is not being treated as suspicious.There are still delays in and around roads in west Kent.
