The A21 southbound carriageway has reopened after a woman was found in the central reservation of the Tonbridge bypass this morning and later died.The woman was discovered at 4.30am lying by an overhead footbridge and pronounced dead an hour later. The death is not being treated as suspicious. Emergency services are in attendance.
