Autumn has arrived and many people may be wondering when the clocks change.As the days get shorter we wind the clocks back an hour on the last Sunday in October to mark the end of British Summer Time (BST).This year it will be done on October 25 2015.The clocks change twice each year- once in the Spring and again in the Autumn. British Summer Time was introduced to avoid "wasting" summer daylight hours during the First World War.
