The search for missing Lauren Wood from Maidstone - last seen at stables in Staplehurst - has been successful.Police confirmed at 9.14pm that she had been found safe and well.However, they said she had been taken to hospital as a precaution.Lauren is diabetic but did not have her medication with her, and officers were growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.Kent police thanked the media for publicising the issue.
