A fallen tree is blocking a Tunbridge Wells road.The offending tree is partially blocking the carriageway at Cornford Lane near the junction with Halls Hole Road.It comes as heavy rain continues to batter the town this morning. A Kent County Council steward is en route to the blockage.Kent Police has also been informed. Motorists are advised to approach with caution.
