Dead rats are floating in the streets of Tunbridge Wells after flash floods swept the town this evening and more rain is expected to fall tonight.
Shops on the Pantiles have lost goods worth thousands of pounds and homes in other parts of the town, including Silverdale Road, have been particularly badly effected by flood water with one shocking image showing a garden wall being destroyed by a surge of water.
And on Calverley Road at 8pm cleaners were hard at work mopping up excess water...
