Heavy rainfall has flooded Tunbridge Wells and houses and shops have been badly affected.Trains are delayed due to the excess surface water at the station.Kent Fire and Rescue Service are believed to be sending out a rescue boat to the Pantiles.Reports are coming in that shops on the Pantiles, including the Fairfax gallery and Halls Bookshop, have been particularly badly flooded and have lost stock.Sainsbury's and Tescos on St John's Road have both closed due to the flooding.On the Pantiles...
