An accident is causing long delays on the M25 near Sevenoaks this morning.There is queuing traffic clockwise at junction 5, (M26 and Sevenoaks) with congestion all the way back to junction 3 (M20, Swanley Interchange).The accident has been moved to the hard shoulder and normal traffic levels are not expected to resume until at least 8am.
