The first picture of the Kent pilot missing after his light aircraft crashed off Winchelsea beach has been released by his family.
The coastguard has called off the search for Simon Wells, 44, from Greatstone, after the plane was seen to plummet into the water half a mile off the beach at 5pm on Saturday.
