Relations flew in from all corners of the world to celebrate the 100th birthday of a mum-of-three in Broadstairs.Marjorie Florence Hurst (nee Beton) was born in Reading on August 3,1916 at 7.30 am. She was married to Ernest Beton, who was a policeman. Marjorie and Ernest had three children, Susan (1942), Jenni and Hilary (1945).
