The new owners of the ABC cinema site in
Tunbridge Wells revealed the development could be built and open by 2020.
Directors told the Courier this afternoon that a detailed planning application could be submitted to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council by the end of the year.
It is not yet known what will be built on the site - and developers have not yet unveiled their ideas - but what is certain is that it will be a mixed development, and there will be shops at ground level on Mount Pleasant...
