Motorists have been stuck in rush hour delays in Chatham after a car burst into flames.
One lane was blocked causing traffic to build up on the northbound Blue Bell Hill, with congestion stretching back into town.
The congestion is also affecting drivers either side of the roads on the approachs to junction 3 of the M2 and junction 6 of the M20.
