The strange sight of a cut-off roof of a car in Meadow Road car park in Tunbridge Wells left many puzzled. The roof was on the ground on level one of the public car park which is accessed via Upper Grosvenor Road. It was the result of an accident in the car park last Thursday at just before 4pm. The vehicle being driven by an elderly man, with an elderly female passenger, had hit a wall inside the car park.
