Prime Minister David Cameron has ruled out a second referendum on Britain's membership in the European Union.
A petition calling for a second referendum in the event of a result with less than 60 per cent of votes has been signed by more than 3.7 million people.

Tunbridge Wells was the only borough in Kent to vote remain in the EU Referendum on Thursday, June 23.
