There are long delays this morning in Tonbridge after reports of faulty traffic lights on the junction between High Street and Bordyke.Reports began coming in around 8am that the lights were out of sync and were only staying green for a matter of seconds, only long enough for a couple of cars to pass through.Delays have been reported to be stretching back along Shipbourne Road as far as York Parade.Kent County Council have released a statement on the traffic situation saying: "There is slow...
