A man due to stand trial for historic sex offences has been found dead in his Etchingham home.Darren Turk, 54, allegedly committed 14 offences while he was head of care at a Frewen College in Northiam between 1996 and 2002.The trial into the charges has been stopped after Mr Turk was found dead at his home in Fontridge Lane, Etchingham, at around 8:30am on Thursday, June 16.There are no suspicious circumstances and the coroner's officer has been informed.For more East Sussex news and...
