Commuters face misery on the trains until at least lunchtime in Tunbridge Wells, High Brooms and Tonbridge.
The lines have been closed this morning for emergency engineeering works.
Southeastern has announced there are not trains between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge until 12noon.
