I was rather tickled to find out Tunbridge Wells is a town with 'Quarters'. 'Quarters' makes you imagine turning a corner and finding yourself among unexpected architecture, with people in ethnic clothes bustling between shops that sell exotic foodstuffs.Sevenoaks isn't really big enough for Quarters.At a pinch, you could separate out the Shopping Quarter from the National Trust Quarter, but that only makes a half, and frankly there isn't an exotic foodstuff to be had in either unless the NT...
