A new survey into customer satisfaction has revealed the worst mobile phone providers in the country.
Consumer watchdog Which? conducted asked more than 4,000 members of the public about the customer service, ease of contacting value for money and incentives when it comes to their mobile phone provider.
Vodafone and EE were found to be the worst providers in the country, with a customer satisfaction score of 49 out of 100.
