A man from Tonbridge has received a 120 day prison sentence for driving offences.Daniel Christian Payne, aged 40, of Town Acres, Tonbridge, drove a Volkswagen Golf in London Road, Southborough, while disqualified and with no insurance.He appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court on July 23 2015 and pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.Magistrates sentenced Payne to 120 days in prison and banned him from driving for four years.
