The A21 was partially blocked this morning due to a crash near Tunbridge Wells.Motorists experienced delays when heading southbound near the junction with the A264 in Pembury.The road near the Pembury bypass was partially blocked and motorists needed to approach the area with caution and allow extra time for their journey if travelling in the area.Eye witnesses reported seeing police and ambulances in the area.UPDATE: Kent Police is at the scene of a reported two vehicle collision on the coast...
