The body of an 18-year-old man was found on Rock-a-Nore beach in Hastings at around 6.30pm on Thursday (March 31) by a member of the public.He has now been formally identified as Eastbourne man Carl Kelly, who had been reported missing a few days earlier.Carl, from St Leonards Road, was last seen leaving a party in Avondale Road, Eastbourne, at around 6am on Saturday, March 26.Police are treating the death as unexplained and the case has now been handed to the coroner's officer.
