Motorists should expect delays on the A21 between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells this afternoon.There is currently a broken down HGV in the roadworks area.One lane is currently closed on the A21 southbound between A26 Tonbridge and A228 Pembury.Motorists should use alternative routes if possible.UPDATE 4:44pm, April 1: The vehicle has now been removed.
