A car chase took place in Uckfield this morning after a man ignored police when told to stop.Police were called to Oakwood Park in Nutley, near Uckfield, at around 10.40am on Thursday (March 31) to report an assault.A man was reported to have taken a vehicle and driven towards Uckfield on the A22.
