A motorist has been sent a notice of intended prosecution after an officer is said to have spotted him capturing the scene of a fatal collision on his mobile phone while at the wheel.
It is reported that the motorist was witnessed by a police officer photographing the scene of a collision that occurred on the coastbound carriageway of the A2 on Monday, March 1.
