Police are concerned about the welfare of missing 22-year-old from Eastbourne who suffers with depression.Joseph Coney was last seen leaving his address in Viking Way at around 10am on Wednesday January 20.He is described as white, 6' and of slim build with short dark hair and a goatee beard. He was last seen wearing a thick, black cardigan coat, grey tracksuit bottoms with green writing and a pink and black scarf.
