A heroin and cocaine dealer who drove at police officers in Tunbridge Wells has been jailed for more than 4 years.Kevin Oteng, 26, of Wodehouse Avenue, Camberwell, London, had been trying to evade capture after he had been seen acting suspiciously near Tunbridge Wells town centre on March 18 2014.Oteng was driving a Vauxhall Corsa when he stopped at a location in Summervale Road.
