A DISTRAUGHT dog owner has launched an emotional appeal for the return of her beloved pet border terrier.Jessica Moane says Riley went missing from Fairoak Close, Heathfield, in East Sussex on Tuesday January 12 and fears that she may have been stolen.She said: "Riley has not been seen since - not even one sighting.
