THE final preparations are being made for a New Year's Eve party in Tunbridge Wells, with Dame Kelly Holmes signed up as the VIP guest.The Hug-Many celebrations held on The Pantiles are being organised by town resident Ian Andrew.He held the event for the first time last year and was so encouraged by feedback from some of the 1,000 people who went, he decided to stage the event again in 2015.It is hoped many of the area's cafes and restaurants will be open on the night, which features singers,...
