Officers investigating the death of a 78-year-old pedestrian have renewed an appeal for witnesses.Roy Bowen, from Rusthall, died after a collision involving a van in Rusthall High Street on Friday November 27.The collision occurred at the junction with Manor Road, at around 4.55pm and involved a white Nissan Primastar van.
