THE circumstances which led a 13-year-old Ide Hill girl to fatally choke on a school meatball will be revealed next week.Isabel Pearce died the day after the incident at Ridge View School in Tonbridge on January 26.An inquest into her death is scheduled to take place in Gravesend on Monday.
