An elderly man from Rusthall has died following a fatal collision involving a van in the High Street earlier today.Police and emergency services were called to a collision involving a van and a 78-year-old pedestrian in High Street, Rusthall at 4:55pm, November 27.The High Street is still closed to the public and diversions are in place.The next of kin have been informed.
