Kent Police officers investigating the theft of a tool bag from the garden of a Tonbridge church have released an image of a man who they believe can help with their enquiries.The bag was reported to have been stolen from the garden of Tonbridge Baptist Church, in Darenth Avenue, at approximately 11.06am on Saturday October 3.The property was taken while the victim was carrying out some voluntary garden work at the church.
