Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious car crash near Hailsham. A 20-year-old man suffered serious head injuries in the accident which happened at about 11.30am on Wednesday.A silver BMW car travelling on the B2104 Ersham Road between Stone Cross and Hailsham left the road and struck a tree.The driver, who lives near Chiddingly, had to be released from the car by East Sussex firefighters.He was taken by ambulance to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where he has been...
