A man in his 40s has been taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital after a three-vehicle accident on the A21 between Lamberhurst and Flimwell.
The Scotney Castle roundabout was closed as the emergency services deal with the incident, which happened at 10.57am.
A paramedic car and an ambulance attended the scene and a man is being treated for neck and back pain.
A car, mini-van and lorry were involved in the crash and the A21 was closed in both directions.
