Operation Stack - which saw the M20 closed from junctions 8 to 11 last week - is no longer in placeThe measures put in place to manage heavy traffic heading towards the Port of Dover and the Eurotunnel were stood down shortly after 7am this morning.But Kent Police warn there may still be residual delays in the area while the road network returns to normal.All junctions of the M20 previously closed by Operation Stack have now been opened.
