Kent Police investigating a number of reports of rocks being thrown at moving cars in the Tunbridge Wells district have arrested a man.Several incidents were reported to police in Cranbrook, Benenden, Sandhurst, Biddenden and Rolvenden in the summer and an appeal was issued for information in September,Officers arrested a 35-year-old man from Dartford on suspicion of criminal damage on Thursday October 15.He has been released on bail pending further enquiries until Wednesday December 16 2015.
