A man from Tonbridge has pleaded guilty to driving offences.Thomas Hatch, 21, of Milton Gardens, Tonbridge, drove a Ford Focus in Hamble Road, Tonbridge, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and with no insurance on September 22 2015. He gave a breath test of 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
