Two fire engines attended a fire at a shed just after midnight this morning.The blaze was in a shed used as a DIY forge on Barden Road and was extinguished by firefighters from Kent Fire and Rescue Service called to the scene and attended until around 1am.It is thought sparks from earlier use caused a smouldering burn to begin in the structure several hours later. There are no reports of any injuries and the cause is thought to be accidental.
