Kent Police is appealing for information and witnesses after a brick was thrown at a car in Rolvenden.
The car was travelling from Tenterden towards Rolvenden on the A28 at around
1.15 pm on Wednesday.
As the driver entered the 40 mph zone on the entrance to Rolvenden, she noticed a tatty looking tipper style truck carrying scrap metal, on the other carriageway travelling away from the village.
