Southern Rail is altering their timetable this autumn to cope with leaf fall on rural routes.Tracks are left vulnerable during the winter months, making it necessary for Southern Rail to introduce a timetable where a small number of weekday morning peak services will start their journeys a few minutes earlier.The timetable change will affect some Tonbridge and East Sussex routes and others that are particularly susceptible to heavy leaf fall prior to joining the Brighton mainline.By starting a...
