Self-harming has overtaken smoking as the number one health concern among girls and young women, a study by Girlguiding UK has found.The survey of 1,574 girls aged between 11 and 21 found that emotional and mental strain has outstripped traditional health concerns.A similar study in 2010 found that smoking, binge drinking and drug abuse were the top three health issues.But the 2015 Girls' Attitudes Survey has identified self-harming, smoking and mental illness as the main concerns facing...
